About IMPACTO

A community that started with three members

In the fall of 2025, three professionals of the Chamber saw something missing: a bridge between the Latino community and the businesses of Newton, Needham, Watertown, Wellesley and Brookline. They brought the idea to the Charles River Regional Chamber, and the Chamber welcomed them with open arms. From that embrace IMPACTO was born: a collaboration where everyone brings their own and everyone grows. That is why IMPACTO is where it is today.
